I offer full interior design services for commercial and residential projects

Full Service Interior Design

This is the traditional model, a hands on and complete interior design service including concept design and development, detail design and construction drawings, procurement and project delivery.

Keeping you involved, we will take the lead on your project, taking your initial ideas and developing them into an overarching design vision which we then make reality. During the project cycle we will attend site and give presentations to review ideas, samples and details along the way.

This type of work typically involves a high level of bespoke detailing. It is broken down into four stages (concept, design development, implementation and styling) and I am happy to guide you the whole way through the journey or only part of the way.

Pricing for these projects is based on an hourly or daily rate.

Interior Design Consultancy

Consultancy services suit clients who enjoy leading projects themselves, or are working on tighter budgets. It is a cost and time effective way to access our expertise. Whether you’ve got plans you’d like a second eye on, want to achieve a more detailed outcome, or have got stuck on something, we can help!

We allocate fixed days each month for holding Design 1-2-1 meetings. These hour long meetings are a chance for you to ask us anything and we’ll help on the spot. If our schedule allows, we can do these at your property, travel costs will apply.

We aim to adapt consultancy services to clients needs so are happy to add blocks of work into a package if this is needed (e.g. drawing up floorplans)

We also offer colour consultancy packages to help you be more confident using bold colour in your home.

Commercial Design

Alongside our residential practise we offer designs for hospitality and retail clients. My approach to interior design for commercial projects starts in much the same place as any of my other projects – with you, the client. Your interiors need to reflect your brand and what makes you special as a business, attracting the customers you want

When working on interior designs for businesses I draw on my early sales and marketing career – getting aligned with brands and target customers is deeply ingrained in my practice. Combined with a passion for design history, delivered with a contemporary flair, this results in unique spaces that delight my clients and their customers. Much like our residential designs we can work on a full service or consultancy basis, and we have excellent partnerships with graphic and web designers to ensure your message is strong and consistent.

My Process

Initial Consultation and Fee Proposal

All work starts with a complimentary 30 minute chat to learn more about you and your project. We’ll discuss which service suits you and then we’ll be able to send a fee proposal. For larger projects meetings will take place before fees are outlined.

Concept Design

Concept design defines the function and feel of an interior design project. Using the information from our conversations and my own research, I will enhance your ideas, experimenting with layouts, sketches and mood boards. This will help us to explore ideas for the look, feel and practicalities of your space, getting lots of feedback from you so we can agree a clear direction.

Detailed Design

Detailed design takes the concept we have agreed on and develops it into something that can be implemented. This is through CAD drawings, sourcing furnishings, joinery, flooring and paint finishes, switches and sockets and all details down to the most minute. This ensures that everything has been thought of and the end design will entirely meet your goals. At the end of this stage you will be able to seek tenders from contractors, and have fixed costings for your project.

Procurement and Implementation

Your design will come to life as it is implemented by your contractor and other specialists. We oversee the implementation of the design, ensuring the contractor and project coordination teams have the information they need. At this stage we may also provide a procurement service to obtain furnishings and fixtures for your project.

Completion and Styling

This stage adds the finishing style touches, elevating the final finish by helping place soft furnishings, decorations, artwork and other accessories to ensure everything is looking the best it possibly can.
